Trafford Council - Draft Housing Strategy Consultation 2018
arc4 and Campbell Tickell are developing a five year Housing Strategy on behalf of Trafford Council.

This consultation seeks views on the emerging draft Housing Strategy for the borough of Trafford (2018 – 2023).  This draft Strategy has been informed by a range of up-dated evidence including a revised State of the Market Report (2017) and builds upon the Trafford Vision 2031.

Trafford Council is consulting upon a new Housing Strategy, which includes and reflects the changed position of the borough since the adoption of the previous Strategy.

This consultation relates principally to the borough of Trafford.  Its content, function and impact will however extend within and across Greater Manchester particularly neighbouring areas.

This consultation is open to everyone.  We are keen to hear from a wide range of both interested parties (public and private sector) and residents.

The consultation will begin on 22nd February 2018 and will run for a period of 4 weeks.  All responses should be received by no later than 23:45 on 22nd March 2018
